The Curtis Integrated Toolkit™ (CIT) provides a suite of applications for configuring and diagnosing CAN vehicle systems. There are different editions of CIT for various types of users. All CIT editions include the Launchpad, Programmer, and Package and Flash applications. The CIT Quick Start Guide for Field Technicians describes how field technicians can use these applications to diagnose and configure vehicle systems.

Note:  Additional Quick Start guides will cover some advanced features, including the additional applications provided by some CIT editions. For details on CIT editions, see the Curtis Integrated Toolkit™ datasheet.

To connect to the CAN bus, CIT requires a CAN‑USB dongle. If you need a driver, CIT includes manufacturer drivers for various CAN‑USB dongles. To install a driver, use the Driver Install submenu on the Tools menu.
