A warning icon is displayed on VCL studio with hover text "No VCL definitions present in device profile" and any launch attempt generates a Could Not Load Project error window.

This can be fixed by reloading the device profile in Project Explorer.

1. Select the Project Explorer icon in the task bar.

2. Select the relevant device in the left project outline pane.

3. Select Reload Device Profile.

4. Click OK

The project will take few seconds to refresh then the issue will be resolved.
